there must be solid and strong evidences and proof that the development cost for whatever AI infrastructure being built can generate cash flow in the future before they can capitalize them and recognise revenue for whatever they build, they could have signed some sort of agreement with third parties to use or buy their services .... accountant won't simply recognise the revenue ....
