The height of this morning is RM2.10, plus the 7¢ dividend, totaling 2.17. If two more 7¢ dividends this year, the total would be 2.31, which is close to the offer price of 2.35. Who is to say that rejecting the offer would give you a lower return? Also, if you look back at my comments about the offer, which part is not true? If you cannot predict a return or an event long-term, go back to banks then! Within 5 years of holding RM1.46 GENM, the investment is almost free (7¢x3x5 = 105¢)!
