The same could have been said to Serba Dinamik back then. The main issues are:
1. The business model is unreliable;
2. The company is led by a Chinese boss;
3. Other Malay bosses are angered by its encroachment into lucrative government contracts;
4. Companies like this lack credible, audited accounts;
5. Much like the Serba case, the directors believe they can get away with embezzlement.
The reality is that nothing happened to the Serba director!
