My guess is that the Sukuk holders want the company to help Wong regain substantial shareholder status so he can meet the covenant. They can give him a timeline to sort things out.
My own view is that there’s no false accounting, no fake blockchain business, and no fake AI development, which is actually good news. The real problem is the sudden margin calls that caused Wong to lose control of his shareholding.
The Sukuk holders probably still want Wong to remain the key person running the company. If they waive the covenant completely, it could mean the company is effectively under someone else’s control already, and that might make them less confident.
That’s how I see it lah. The issue isn’t necessarily the business itself, but whether Wong can regain control and convince the Sukuk holders that he’s still the right person to lead the company.
My guess is that the reason the ESOS is priced at RM0.05 is that the company may be planning to offer it to the Sukuk holders as a way to help Wong meet the covenant. Somehow, market insiders might have caught wind of the proposed floor price and started buying up the shares to RM0.075. If that’s what happened, then things have gone beyond Wong’s control already. If on Monday, the ESOS were priced at RM0.075, those wealthy investors with insider knowledge might buy up the share price up to RM0.095 instead. So, your argument that Wong deliberately set the ESOS price below the market closing price to benefit himself doesn’t really make sense lah. You have to look at the bigger picture, bro.
this is goreng up give show u all see.....u see only, must think inside more, this is common sense true in the world, maybe u youngest......Hahahahahah........sorry i disturb u jo........
@diu, honestly, I think you’re overthinking things already. You’re imagining that someone would spend millions buying up shares and holding them just to create a drama or set a trap for a nobody like you to buy in, only to sell the shares to you later. Bro, do you really think the whole market revolves around you?
Let me tell you how I see it. As long as Wong continues working hard and gradually proves that the business is sound, especially by demonstrating that the company can pay its sukuk obligations and dividends, the share price may eventually go up.
I’ve never claimed that the share price MUST go up. I’m simply saying that if the business is managed properly and delivers real results, the share price may rise sooner or later. That’s all lah. There's no need to imagine some grand conspiracy behind every market movement.
mr Tteffub Nerraw u block me jo,but i lebih kurang known u talk what?up to u.........u talk maybe true, but not this share only,u think this kind also is can de,but must see so many thing add ur idea together add luckly inside, not u lai that, bark this bark they, say u r true this kind de............u like what up to u,u this kind money not so big ok de,i scare u win more this kind money(luck),think u r tuhan lai that, later loss one time can balik kampong grow potato jo.............but this time u maybe also cannt cross,i estimate more high in this 2 years, also can around 0.03-0.30 is tuhan sudah tolong banyak banyak(max) jo.......Good Luck...............not need write comment,i cannt see.....believe believe, not believe dun believe, this ur life,u control.......Thank You
...... ...... .......@Diu... if I want to wear green, I’ll wear green lah! But why do you keep insisting that I must wear red? Or keep telling me there are so many colours in the world and asking why I must choose green? Then you start lecturing me about this and that, Tuhan this, Tuhan that.
That’s exactly why I blocked you. You think you’re some wise mother or father, is it? Everyone must listen to you, and everyone is your grandson, ah? Bro, people can have their own opinions and make their own choices lah. Not everyone needs you to teach them how to live their lives. Anyway, at least you’re not estimating the stock’s value at zero,pn17 or delist lah! That’s already better than Adama and Cheng. At least you’re still giving the company a chance to prove itself, unlike those two.
