very simple.. company is growing and need more cash.. when need to use share as method for generating cash.. the prices juz cant be going up so high.. otherwise nobody wanna to invest into it.. Also, when insider or share buying, nobody would like to buy at high prices as well.. They would prefer the buy back at low...
no "fat hope" for the share prices up this round in view tht coming dividen reinvestment plan, share buyback..and boss wong continuing in buying shares from open market... 0.75.. is coming ... :), :)
