We need to caution for 2 things. First, when can the platform can generate meaningful income? Since interest, staff cost, IT hardware are real spent, if can’t gen profit, it will be an impairment. Second, their development costs are funded from their cash, private placement and borrowing. If their platform no working, then impairment, then balance sheet become very poor.
Steve, actually the main issue is because their built platform not yet generate the meaningful income stream, but the Dev Cost still on going. Imagine if we spent RM300k to ope a shop, but keep on unable to generate income. It will be a trouble, since all expenses and loss are incurred.
Anyway, I think mostly of investors are focusing on Nasdaq Listing and expect to get the shares once listed in Nasdaq. But here just some input. Normally there will be some restrictions on Zetrix AI and cornerstone investors for a lock period between half to one year. So don’t expect to get share dividend or special dividend immediately. Normally that dividend will happen after unlock period. So to be fully benefit from this IPO, need the share price need to maintain or even higher.
