执行董事已在今年已经多次在公开市场持续买入，现在又一次性通过 Off Market 增持 900 万股，说明他的持股是在持续增加，而不是第一次买入。

而且成交价约 RM0.285，接近当时市价，并不是折价购买

还有就是创始人家族交易后仍持有约 52% 的权益，依然是绝对控股股东。
