为何郑氏同意低价卖出伦平资本大宗股权？

与郑亚历一同列席记者会的郑鸿标幼女郑丽贤解释说，郑氏家族目前仍持有大众银行的22%的股权，因此这笔交易可视为“卖回给我们自己”。

她强调，每股9.80令吉交易价是双方经过协商后所达成的，基于双方都愿意接受的条件下进行。

整体利益为重　金钱非主要考量

同时，郑丽贤也说，出售伦平资本的估值与区域国家同业的标准相符，属于合理范围。

“金钱不是我们此次决策的主要考量，更重要的是我们的整体利益如何重新调整。”
