ong 最终结果会减少股票的市场流通量，convert warrant 会稀释但买价是RM0.50, 同样一笔钱Pump进公司for SBB 买价就是低过RM0.50来买入，所以锁定流通量会高过稀释量，就是RM0.50 vs RM0.24 (current price) SBB 的差价。

没有那么快，5月尾，PTRANS QR的时间线为 2月尾，5月尾，8月尾，11月尾。

我是希望老板在Tronoh sentral 和 Sri iskanda Sentral 起好后先不要那么快的去扩展蓝图，养尊处优的当个包租公几年去还清债务和囤现金流，极力追求Light asset Based 去加强营业额就好。市场很大部分的不买单是因其负债与Cash flow的原因。另外还有Dividend payout 变少的问题。如果某一天Dividend payout 返回0.05 或 0.075，我不信不会没有股东不对如此吸引的股息买单。
