Is this company has the same directors in Arbb? Looks like the operation method is almost the same, pull money out from Bursa then listing a sub in NYSE then the local price slowly drop to below 0.05 or maybe turns to PN17. What is SC or Bursa rolls or regulations in controlling this issue...
