用Margin买的股票，卖了后拿回的钱不属于黄老板，是投行的，可是亏的是黄老板要给的。
给个例子，借钱买车100k的车，车卖了60k,你还欠银行40k要还。

1. Appoint new auditor.
2. Pay RM300M debt to JPJ.
3. Pay RM75-80M personal debt for margin call lost.

1. Zetrix到现在无法及时回应，下一步很大可能会被SC或MACC调查。
2.在这个价位，黄老板的margin call会不会再继续？
3. Zetrix要如何还这200m?如果没办法还，就要做private placement,不然可能会PN17.
