公司现金多，又不给股息。股价不会起的原因出来了。公司在2024年一月上市，同年九月老板成立一家公司。 然后在2025年一月以6.23m. 买了两块地皮。 一年后以29m多卖给wentel. 而且要卖580／sqft. 老板从一开始就计画要从wentel套现。新工厂从2025年拖到2026年。去年老板的访问说 要到2027才能量产。旧厂才跑70%. 新厂还没完工。又要高价和自己的公司买新厂。。Red flag.
