Sunset industry as BAT is now solely a trading instead of manufacturing company in Malaysia. Cost of doing business way too high in Malaysia nowadays and consumption demand totally annihilated due to illicit smuggling trades arising from high taxes. BAT continues to pay dividend (albeit lower) above quarterly earnings although short term borrowings stay high.
