NCT Alliance Bhd will roll out its Smart Commercial Hub at the NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) in Selangor in early 2027, with registration slated to start in Q4 2026, following the receipt of a Preferred Industrial Park (PIP) Certificate from Invest Selangor.

Looks like NSIP development progressing quite well so far, got another component coming in early next year. Hopefully the response from businesses will be encouraging, then can see better potential for the whole park.
