UIMB owe Bintai this money so nothing positive about it. it s just like you lend your friend rm10k in 2020 and now your friend willing to repay u rm2k in 2025/2026 and now another rm3k in 12 months installment after delaying it for 6 years since 2020. hence, it isn't a profit to Bintai but just a long outstanding receivables. your friend still owe you rm5k after this.
