Mr. David Ting Kiun Hua ("Mr. David") brings over two decades of extensive experience in finance leadership and strategic business management across Asia Pacific. He has served in senior executive roles including Group Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Finance General Manager, and Corporate Controller in both public listed entities and multinational corporations.
His career spans a wide range of industries such as renewable energy, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. He has successfully led key initiatives in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Mr. David has played pivotal roles in driving process improvements, implementing enterprise-wide ERP system, and managing cross-border teams across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia.
Notably, he has worked with leading organisations such as Davex Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Indonesia Lippo Group, Star Energy Geothermal Group, Cuscapi Berhad and B. Braun Asia Pacific.
