The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, to align and consistent with the financial year end of its major shareholder.

Following the change of financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 15 months from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2025.
