Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 17 March 2025 and 25 March 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Privasia Technology, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 17 April 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of such number of new Privasia Technology Shares, representing up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of Privasia Technology (excluding treasury shares, if any), to be issued pursuant to the Proposed ESOS, subject to the following conditions:

(i) AIS is required to submit a confirmation to Bursa Securities of full compliance of the Proposed ESOS pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) and stating the effective date of implementation, together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting; and

(ii) Privasia Technology is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the Proposed ESOS, as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
