We refer to the announcements dated 23 September 2019 and 27 September 2019 in relation to the Offer.

The Board of Directors of KCB wishes to announce that KCB has today received a press notice from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the offer document dated 14 October 2019, which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer together with the Forms of Acceptance and Transfer enclosed therein ("Offer Document"), has been despatched to the shareholders and warrantholders of KCB on even date.

A copy of the Offer Document (together with the Forms of Acceptance and Transfer) is also available on Bursa website.
