Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 14 July 2026 and 24 August 2026. The Board of Directors of Foodie Media wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOUs"):-

1. MOU dated 12 November 2025 entered into between Good Foodie Media Sdn. Bhd. ("GFM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Taobao (Singapore) E-Commerce Pte. Ltd. and W Talent Academy Sdn. Bhd.
- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement.
 

2. MOU dated 24 August 2026 entered into between GFM and Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board.
- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement.
 

Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("Maybank IB"), being the Sponsor, is responsible for the admission of Foodie Media to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 November 2025. Maybank IB assumes no responsibility for the contents of this General Announcement.
