References are made to the announcements dated 10 October 2025, 15 October 2025, 27 March 2026, 14 April 2026, 31 July 2026, 11 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 16 October 2026, resolved to approve the application for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e., from 15 October 2026 to 14 April 2027) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
