We refer to the earlier announcements dated 8 May 2024, 5 July 2024, 12 July 2024, 2 August 2024, 11 December 2024, 27 December 2024, 16 May 2025, 26 June 2025 and 26 February 2026 ("Announcements") as well as the Company's circular dated 12 December 2024 ("Circular") in relation to the disposal by Paragon Business Hub Sdn. Bhd. ("PBHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PGB, of part of a parcel of freehold land held under Geran 80943 Lot 2699, in the Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor ("Master Land A"), measuring approximately 47.86 acres ("Land A") to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV Sdn. Bhd. ("BDCIV") for a cash consideration of RM238,317,195.60 ("Land A Disposal"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and the Circular.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Paragon Globe Berhad ("Board"), the Board wishes to announce that the Land A Disposal has been completed pursuant to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement.
