Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 1 July 2026, 24 July 2026, 27 July 2026 and 18 August 2026 ("Announcements").

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Johor Bahru High Court delivered its decision on the inter partes hearing of the Mareva Injunction and the Defendants' application to set aside the same on 2 September 2026 whereby the inter partes hearing and Defendants' application to set aside the Mareva was decided in favour of the Defendants, with costs.

The Company will proceed with an appeal against the decision together with the application for stay on a certificate of urgency in the Johor Bahru High Court.

The Company will make further announcements on any material development on the matter.
