REVALUATION / FAIR VALUE ASSESSMENT OF INVESTMENT PROPERTY
1. Introduction
The Board of Directors of PSP wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group") had obtained an independent valuation of its investment property comprising freehold land and factory buildings located at Taman Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka ("Investment Property").
The valuation was undertaken by Henry Butcher Malaysia (Malacca) Sdn Bhd, an independent professional valuer ("Valuer").
2. Purpose of Valuation
The valuation was undertaken to ascertain the market value of the Investment Property for financial reporting purposes in accordance with MFRS 13: Fair Value Measurement.
3. Valuation and Fair Value Loss
The Investment Property was valued at RM12.3 million as at 5 June 2026 by the Valuer.
Based on the carrying amount of the Investment Property of approximately RM12.4 million, the valuation resulted in a fair value loss of approximately RM0.1 million, which has been recognised in the Group's financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 which is announced today.
4. Effect on Net Assets Per Share
The fair value loss of approximately RM0.1 million does not have a material impact on the Group's net assets per share.
Based on 1,068,801,500 ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this announcement, the effect is approximately:

Accordingly, there is no change to the Group's reported net assets per share when rounded to two decimal places.

6. Date and Value of Valuation
The valuation date was 5 June 2026, and the value placed on the Investment Property by the Valuer was RM12.3 million.
7. Financial Effect
The fair value loss of approximately RM0.1 million has been recognised in profit or loss for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
The valuation has no effect on the issued share capital or substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company.
8. Documents Available for Inspection
A copy of the valuation report will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except for public holiday) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
