PSP Energy Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is principally involved in the downstream value chain of the oil and gas industry. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the trading and distribution of fuel and lubricant products in Malaysia. The Company's segments include Trading of fuel products, Distribution of fuel products and Distribution of lubricant products. The Trading of fuel products segment includes purchase and sales of fuel products on a wholesale basis. The Distribution of fuel products segment includes purchase, sales and delivery of fuel products using its own fleet of road tankers and/or bunker vessels. The Distribution of lubricant products segment includes purchase, sales and delivery of third-party and own brands of lubricant products using its own lorries. The Company's products include diesel, fuel oil, petrol, kerosene, marine gas oil, diesel engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, marine lubricant and grease.
