Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 July 2026 and cross reference to the announcement dated 11 August 2026 in relation to the appeal on de-listing of Asdion.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 11 August 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of six (6) months up to 31 January 2027 to submit its proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
