The Company had on 28 May 2024, completed the private placement of 61,402,002 new ordinary shares in Privasia, raising total proceeds of RM5,524,952.00.

The Board of the Directors of Privasia wishes to announced that the Company intends to vary the un-utilised proceed of RM330,000, representing approximately 5.97% of the total proceed raised from Private Placement to fund the Group's working capital.
