Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2026, 16 April 2026, 19 May 2026 and 28 May 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that at the hearing held on 9 July 2026, the High Court gave the following directions:

(i) The leave application has been fixed for decision on 20 August 2026.

(ii) An interim stay has been granted against the effect and enforcement of the tax assessments pending the Court's decision on the leave application on 20 August 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
