Frozen seafood company Ocean Fresh Bhd (KL:OFB) said its wholly-owned unit Ocean Fresh Seafood Products Sdn Bhd (OFSP) has applied for a judicial review and filed a certificate of urgency with the High Court over additional tax assessments issued by the Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (IRB) for the 2021-2024 assessment years.
Ocean Fresh Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ocean Fresh Seafood Products Sdn Bhd, has received notices of additional assessments from the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) amounting to a total of RM4.18mil for the years 2021 to 2024.
