The Board of Directors of SD Property ("Board") wishes to announce that Sime Darby Property (KLGCC Resort) Sdn Bhd ("the Purchaser"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 July 2026 accepted a binding Letter of Offer ("LOO") issued by Permodalan Nasional Berhad ("the Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of a fifteen (15)-storey office building with one (1) level of basement carpark known as Wisma UNIRAZAK erected upon a parcel of freehold located held under Geran 2976, Lot 229 Seksyen 43, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, District of Kuala Lumpur, State of Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, measuring approximately 5,922.4 square metres ("Property"), for a total purchase consideration of RM160,000,000 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Proposed Acquisition").
