Remarks :

Sime Darby Property Berhad ("SDP") has received notifications pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from its principal officers listed above on their dealings in the shares of the Company ("LTIP Scheme Shares") outside the closed period. The principal officers have accepted the offer made by SDP to them pursuant to the LTIP established on 12 June 2026 ("Offer"). Subject to the terms and conditions of the by-laws governing the LTIP and the terms of the letter constituting the Offer, they shall be entitled to receive new LTIP Scheme Shares to be issued pursuant to the Offer upon meeting the applicable vesting conditions. The vesting conditions comprise, among others, the performance targets for the period between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2028, and the vested shares shall be issued on a staggered basis over 3 years, with the first vesting commencing on 30 June 2028 up to 30 June 2030.
