Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal by PGB Landmark Sdn. Bhd. of all that parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 306837 PTD 3003, Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 5.4451 hectares to GSP Automotive Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. for a cash consideration of RM64,471,625.90 ("Proposed Disposal").
