The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that Softfac Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("Softfac"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 July 2026 entered into a Ticketing Services and Strategic Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") with Pluotos Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. ("Pluotos") for the appointment of Softfac as the exclusive concert ticketing management systems provider for Pluotos' pipeline of future concert ticketed commercial events, concerts, festivals and entertainment programmes, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

(Softfac and Pluotos are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".)
