The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Dato' Noorazman Bin Abd Aziz will cease to be a member of the Board Investment Committee on 1 July 2026, following his resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from the same date. 

With effect from 1 July 2026, the Board Investment Committee of the Company shall comprise of the following member:-

Board Investment Committee

Member - Mizran Bin Md Nahar (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

The composition of the Board Investment Committee will be reviewed in due course.
