- STATUS UPDATE ON MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOUs") AND MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ("MOA")

With reference to the Company's previous announcements made in relation to the following MOUs and MOA entered into between the Company or its subsidiaries and the respective third parties, the Company wishes to provide an update on the latest status of these MOUs and MOA :-

 

 

1. MOU entered into between Benua Hijau Sdn Bhd and Management Council of Terengganu State Parks And Setiu Land Office dated 10 December 2023

 

    The MOU remains in force until 9 December 2027, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms and there are no material developments since the last announcement on 18 March 2026.


 

2. MOU entered into between Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn Bhd and Horizon Shipyard Inter Globe (M) Sdn Bhd dated 20 August 2025

 

    The MOU remains in force until 19 August 2026 and there are no material developments since the signing of the MOU.

 

 

3. MOA entered into between TMD Energy Limited and Double Corporate Sdn Bhd dated 18 June 2025

 

    The MOA remains in force until 17 June 2028 and there are no material developments since the last announcement on 8 June 2026.
