The Board of Directors of Sime Darby Property Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the following entities within the Sime Darby Property Group, namely Sime Darby Property New Economy Venture PLT ("Main Fund"), Sime Darby Property NEV (GP) Sdn Bhd ("Main Fund General Partner"), Sime Darby Property New Economy Venture Partners PLT ("Sidecar"), Sime Darby Property NEV Partners (GP) Sdn Bhd ("Sidecar General Partner"), and Sime Darby Property Ventures (MY) Sdn Bhd ("SDP Investor") have, on 9 June 2026, entered into the following agreements:

a) an Amended and Restated Limited Liability Partnership Agreement of the Main Fund ("Main Fund LLPA") between the Main Fund, the Main Fund General Partner, the SDP Investor, Employees Provident Fund ("EPF"), Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera ("LTAT") and Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad ("GELM") (EPF, LTAT and GELM each in their capacity as a limited partner); and

b) an Amended and Restated Limited Liability Partnership Agreement of the Sidecar ("Sidecar LLPA") between the Sidecar, Sidecar General Partner, SDP Investor and EPF in its capacity as a limited partner.
