The financial year end ("FYE") of the Company is changed from 31 May to 30 September. The current audited financial statements will be made up from 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2026, covering a period of 16 months. Thereafter, the FYE shall be 30 September for subsequent years. The change of FYE is to align the financial year with the Company's annual budgeting, strategic planning and KPI monitoring cycles adopted by the Management.
