Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2026 and 16 April 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that Ocean Fresh Seafood Products Sdn Bhd ("OFSP") has filed an application to commence Judicial Review together with a certificate of urgency to the High Court on 15 May 2026 in relation to the notices of additional tax assessment for the years of assessment 2021 to 2024. The hearing for the Judicial Review application has been fixed on 26 May 2026.

Separately, the IRB had, via its letter dated 11 May 2026, approved OFSP's application to settle the outstanding tax liabilities amounting to RM4,141,139.26 by way of 24 monthly instalments commencing from 15 May 2026 until 1 April 2028.

Subsequently, OFSP had on 12 May 2026 filed Notices of Appeal to the Special Commissioner of Income Tax pursuant to Section 99 (1) of the Income Tax Act 1967 (Form Q) to appeal against the said notices, which is still pending hearing.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments.
