Further to our Announcement, MUIB wishes to provide additional information on the proposed utilisation of proceeds as set out in Section 10 of the Announcement, as follows:

The proposed utilisation of the proceeds is for the working capital requirements of the newly refurbished upscale hotel in London, including the hiring of key management personnel, marketing expenses and other pre-opening costs.

The grand opening of the hotel, which will be rebranded under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio brand, is expected to take place in September 2026.

The hotel is owned by Plaza On Hyde Park Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LVHL.
