(Collectively known as the "Defendants")

Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 1 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 28 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 December 2025, 13 March 2026 and 15 April 2026 ("Announcements").

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Kuala Lumpur High Court, on 6 May 2026, has ruled to dismiss the following applications, with no order as to costs:

1. Enclosure 6, being the Plaintiff's application for summary judgment against the Defendants;

2. Enclosure 10, being the 6^th Defendant's application to strike out the Plaintiff's Writ and Statement of Claim; and

3. Enclosure 11, being the 1^st - 5^th Defendants' application to strike out the Plaintiff's Writ and Statement of Claim.

A case management is fixed on 16 June 2026 before the learned Judicial Commissioner for further directions.  

The Company will make further announcements on any material development on the matter.
