Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 06.02.2025, 27.02.2025, 26.06.2025, 30.10.2025, 19.11.2025, and 26.01.2026. 

Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the previous announcement. 

The original hearing date was vacated to case management, and the court fixed a new hearing date on 27 July 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court, BKKK 1. 

The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
