This announcement is in reference to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's letters dated 7 May 2021 and 16 July 2021 about the Approved Manager's Units and the Approved Public Spread. 4,236,905 new IGBCR units are to be issued to IGB REIT Management, the Manager of IGBCR as management fee for the first quarter of 2026 ("1Q26"), as detailed below:
