Encik Amir Fazly Bin Ahmad Nazri brings over 15 years of experience across corporate strategy, transformation, audit and executive management, with a strong focus on operational performance and disciplined execution. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Amir's experience spans strategic planning, operational transformation, project management, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and governance. Throughout his career, he has supported business improvement initiatives across
diversified industries, with emphasis on process automation and digitalisation to strengthen efficiency and organisational performance.
Prior to joining Pertama Digital, he was part of the Transformation, Digital and Integration Office at UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd, where he contributed to the implementation of a long term strategic transformation roadmap across multiple business segments.
Earlier in his career, he spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia, delivering audit and assurance services to public listed companies and government agencies, alongside leadership roles in a media and communications startup.
At Pertama Digital, Amir oversees operational alignment across the Group, supporting execution discipline, cross functional coordination and the delivery of strategic priorities as the organisation advances its growth agenda. |
