Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 29 February 2024 and 5 April 2024. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply throughout this announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Liquidator of Infront SG has convened the final meeting of Infront SG on 28 August 2025 and the Return by Liquidator relating to final meeting of Infront SG was lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") and the Official Receiver on 4 September 2025. An application for discharge and dissolution was subsequently heard before the High Court of Singapore (the "Court") on 28 April 2026, wherein the Court ordered for the Liquidator of Infront SG to be released and Infront SG to be dissolved, both with immediate effect.

The dissolution of Infront SG is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
