The Board of Directors of Ocean Fresh Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that Ocean Fresh Seafood Products Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 13 April 2026 received a Notice of Additional Assessments from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia ("IRB") for the assessment years of: 2021 amounting to RM742,546.91, 2022 amounting to RM567,128.11, 2023 amounting to RM2,073,042.90, and 2024 amounting to RM793,421.34 respectively.

The Company is currently seeking legal advice and evaluating its legal options, which may include initiating a formal appeal to the IRB. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments.
