Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 13 April 2026 issued by Inspace Creation Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 13 April 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 22 April 2026.

In the event that there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise the notice of change in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia, and will make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
