Through its subsidiaries, it is principally involved in the provision of interior fitting-out services, which include project planning and management, design conceptualization and building, as well as servicing and maintenance works. Its interior fitting-out works include various activities, such as installation of partition walls and suspended ceilings; plastering and painting works; flooring finishes; customized carpentry and joinery features; provision of system workstations, task chairs and other furniture; graphics, signage and soft furnishings, and electrical works. It also offers structured cabling, installation of fire protection system, plumbing work and others. It also undertakes mechanical and electrical work, as well as installation of IT equipment in-house. Its clientele consists of landlords, tenants of corporate offices as well as main contractors engaged by these landlords and tenants.
