INTRODUCTION

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 December 2025 in respect of the Contract for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning ("EPCC") for the proposed 10.06MW IT Load Data Centre and Associated Works in Bagan Datuk, Perak Darul Ridzuan for SSTSB ("the Project") awarded to Inspur Communication Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("ICMSB") by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Silver Streams Technofarm Sdn. Bhd. ("SSTSB").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that SSTSB, has entered into a Contract Binding ("the Contract") on 10 April 2026 which sets forth the full terms and conditions of the project, superseding all prior arrangements and providing the detailed operational, defining the rights, duties, and legal framework for the project.

This follows the Letter of Award previously issued on 27 November 2025 and accepted on 2 December 2025.

RISK FACTORS

The Company does not foresee any exceptional risks other than execution risks, regulatory compliance risk, political risks and pandemic risks associated with the Contract.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Contract is not expected to immediately have any material effects on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. It is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Company from the Project development.

DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.

DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of the Company, after considering all the relevant factors, is of the opinion that the contract is in the best interest of the Group.

APPROVALS REQUIRED

The contract execution does not require approval from shareholders of the Company or any relevant authorities.
