The Board of Directors (Board) of Focus wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 April 2026 received a notice in writing dated 3 April 2026 from Messrs. Nexia SSY PLT (Nexia) on their resignation as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016). Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the CA 2016, Nexia's term of office will end after twenty-one days from the date of the aforesaid notice.

The resignation of Nexia was due to both parties were not able to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees.

The Board also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Focus.

The Company is in the midst of identifying new Auditors, further announcement on the engagement of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course.
