We refer to the announcements dated 10 October 2025, 13 October 2025, 24 October 2025, 28 October 2025 and 27 February 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 April 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of 6 months (i.e., from 24 April 2026 to 23 October 2026) for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
